Our institution is founded and guided by visionary leaders with strong roots in the education ecosystem. Mr. D. N. Shekhara Reddy comes from a family that has been actively involved in Educational Books Publishing and Distribution for over 15 years, serving both Government and Private Institutions. The management also oversees Sunstar Printing Press, Srivari Book House, and Charu Charitable Trust in Bangalore — reflecting a deep commitment to education and community development.

Co-founder Mr. Nanjundaswamy V. N., from an agricultural background, brings grounded values and a vision of "Empowering through Learning." Mrs. Darshini Nanjundaswamy, a gold medalist in MLISC from Mysore University, contributes rich experience in teaching, administration, and mentoring across reputed institutions.
